Millenia Hope Inc. is a publicly traded Biopharma Company (MLHP-OTC:BB) focused on improving the quality of life around the world through a credo of comprehensive solutions to the problem of world disease. The company’s objective is to fight disease through a portfolio of health products, both purchased and developed internally by Millenia Hope and its team of clinical associates based around the world. The Company’s flagship product, MMH™ Malarex /MMH™18, is projected to become one of the front line anti-malarial drugs in the global war against malaria. Our compounds to treat AIDS, specifically targeting HIV-1 RNase H, place us in the forefront of the war against this century's greatest killer.

The Millenia Hope business model is based on the purchase of development stage products and the development of proprietary drugs dealing with infectious diseases specifically but not limited to, anti-malarial agents and HIV products. The Company has launched MMH™ Malarex /MMH™18, in two countries in Africa and realized its first sales this year. Further development of our compounds to treat AIDS, specifically targeting HIV-1 RNase H continues.

The Millenia Hope Foundation, based in the UK, is raising private funds to finance medications for those people unable to pay for the treatment. The Company is actively seeking alliances with non-governmental organizations in order for them to also support the purchase of medications in such circumstances.

The company’s philosophy is that it is possible to create shareholder value at the same time as making a substantial impact on a disease that is devastating the developing world.

Status

Since its formation, the Company has established excellent contacts among physicians, clinical researchers and fundamental scientists, purchased the patent rights to an exciting new anti-malarial agent, secured MMH™ Malarex /MMH™18’s raw material, and commenced building a network to facilitate the distribution of the products in those regions where malaria is predominant. Our research and development efforts continue in an to improve the efficacy of our product, understand mode of action, develop new formulations, pursue new solutions and conduct clinical studies. In 2005 we commenced commercialization with our first 2 sales in Guinea Conakry and Mali. We have broadened our corporate platform by adding the cutting-edge technology and expertise of the former Avance Pharma including compounds to treat AIDS, scpecifically targeting HIV-1 RNase H and their world-class library of plant based cell cultures.
