Research & Development
Since its formation, the company has established excellent contacts among physicians, clinical
researchers and fundamental scientists, purchased the patent rights to an exciting new anti-malarial
agent, moved to acquire control of manufacturing facilities for MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18's raw
material and active ingredients, and commenced building a network of non-political organizations to
facilitate the distribution of the products in those regions where malaria is endemic.
Our research and development efforts continue to focus on the efficacy of our product, study the mode
of action, develop new formulations, pursue new molecular candidates and conduct clinical
studies. MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18 is in comformity with WHO guidelines, as per the new therapy ACT.

Business strategy Millenia Hope has obtained authorization to put MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18 on the market in 18 countries in Africa with 10 more pending. These countries, with the highest annual death rates from malaria. The Company has expanded its distribution network in order to facilitate the distribution of medications to reach the neediest regions of the world. In 2005, the Company launched MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18 commercially in Africa by realizing its first sales in Guinea Conakry and Mali. Millenia Hope is actively seeking alliances with nongovernmental organizations (NGO) in order for them to also support the distribution and reach the people who need help where they live.
