An ideal combination therapy

Early pre-clinical studies show that MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18 is compatible with other drugs in combination therapies and may even enhance the effect of chloroquine through a synergistic mode of action. The treatment of chloroquine sensitive and resistant strains of malaria with MMH™ Malarex/MMH™ 18 in combination with chloroquine in pre clinical studies, shows an additive effect on the inhibition of parasite growth in both strains. This is in contrast to other products where chloroquine interferes with the mode of action of the natural product producing an antagonistic effect.
